Private View Manager

Private View Manager enables you to see all of the private views that are based off views in View Manager.

The list of the private views is based on the current existing views. Each entry has these details:

• The name of the user who created the private view.
• The private view's name.
• The parent view. This is the view that the private view started with.
• Whether the view is set as the default view.
• Whether or not the private view is shared.
• The date and time the private view was last modified.
• The date and time you last loaded the private view.

You can filter on multiple fields such as user name and view name to produce a focused subset.

You open Private View Manager by selecting File > Private Views.
