Business Edition reports

Data entry

The Business Edition provides web-based data entry views designed to collect accounts broken out by activity information such as product, sales channel, projects or departments, profit and loss accounts, balance sheet accounts, and currency exchange rates. The Business Edition also provides an ad-hoc data entry view the Budget Controller can use to directly access any account for updating.

Consolidation and translation verification

The Local vs. Translated Data view and the Twelve Month Statement views provide immediate access to the results of the consolidation and translation process.

Current year status reports

These reports provide insight into how the business is performing in the current year as compared to the budget. Views are provided comparing the Income Statement, the Balance Sheet, Accounts broken out by Activities in the standard Actual, Budget, Variance, and Variance % format enhanced with color coded exceptions. Additionally, a bar chart view is provided to investigate any accounts.

New budget year reviews

The Business Edition provides reports that compare the new budget cycle to the active or current budget. These web reports are formatted to analyze projected revenues, the Income Statement budget, and the balance sheet budget.
