Adding the approval status view

The approval status view is used in the background to set and get the approval state for a unit. You can find examples in the CTrain database.

To add the view:

  1. In View Manager, add an approval status view. If you have multiple Approval processes, you must set up a view for each process. The sample application uses a view named Approval_Base. The name needs to be the same as set for the Approval process on the Set Properties page.
  2. Set up the grid as:

  3. Enable writeback for all members.
