Publish Data

The Publish Data page enables you to publish BODs on demand. When you publish a BOD, it is placed in the CPM ION outbox. You can configure ION to route the BOD to a receiving Infor ERP or FMS source system.

Option	Description
Source	List of CPM Relational data sources.
Financial Structure	Select this check box to publish CPM structure in the Infor standard BOD format. Select All to send the entire structure. As selected enables you to select individual dimensions to send. The Accounting Chart and Financial Calendar BODs are automatically generated. You cannot deselect these options.
Financial Data	Select this check box to publish CPM data in the Infor standard BOD format.
Publish Data	Produce BODs containing the selected information and places them in CPM's ION outbox in the BOD database.
Member selection
Periods	Select All to send all members within the selected year. With Selected range, you can choose the start and end periods.
Year	List of members in the Year dimension.
Version	List of members in the Version dimension.
Ledger Type Code	List of ledger type codes. The BODs support three different ledger types that are defined for moving financial data: Actual, Budget, and Forecast.
Model type	Select the model type. Choose from: GL Project Select Project if the CPM model contains project data.
Data options
Account type	Select All to send all account types. Select Profit and Loss to send all CPM profit and loss account types (PR, PE, and PS). Select Balance Sheet to send all CPM balance sheet accounts (BA, BL, BE, and BS).
Line type	List of schedule line types. Select All to send all line types. As selected enables you to select downfoot lines, formulas or Other. Selecting the Other option sends these line types: allocation, beginning balance, translation gain/loss, opening balance, intercompany elimination, and acquisition.
Include translated data	Select Yes to include translated data. If you select Yes, you must also select a reporting currency and the appropriate member from the Exchange Rate Set dimension.

CPM publishes these BODs:

• AccountingChart. Defines the dimensionality of the CPM model.
• ChartOfAccounts. All accounts from the CPM schedule dimension.
• CodeDefinition. A code list for each selected CPM dimension including the organization structure dimension.
• FinancialCalendar. Outlines the CPM model periodicity.
• SourceSystemGLMovement. The leaf period schedule line movement balance in local untranslated currency and optionally one selected reporting currency and rate set.

CPM does not publish SourceSystemJournalEntry or CurrencyExchangeRateMaster BODs.
