Data/Process Activity report

The activity reports enable you to analyze the activities of your users. The Data Activity report lists the date, time, and the user who entered or updated local untranslated data. The Process Activity report lists the date, time, and the last user who ran any of these processes.

Web journal entries, data loading activities, and structure changes are not included in the Process Activity report.
By default, the sample uses a view for connection information and member filtering (for Data Activity).
A default report using the members specified in the view is generated when the task is accessed. The InitialLoad parameter enables you to bypass the initial load. The valid values for InitialLoad are Y or N. Add InitialLoad=N to the URL to the page and the initial load is skipped. You must manually generate the report if you skip the initial load. The AutomaticReload parameter is used refresh the report after any selection is made. The valid values for AutomaticReload are Y or N. We recommend you set this option to N.
