Period Members

The Period Members page has two tabs: Grid and Tree. This page enables you to:

• Edit period member names and descriptions. This is done on the Grid tab.
• Assign parent relationships. This is done on the Grid or Tree tabs.
• Reorder members using drag and drop. This is done on the Tree tab.

The members displayed on this page are based on the selections made on the Period Hierarchy page.

These are the page options for the Grid tab:

Option	Description
Name	Member name. You can change the member name.
Description	Member description. You can change the member description.
Parent	Member list. You can change the suggested parent. The suggested parent is based on the selected hierarchy template.
