Select Head Office and then select the No Access and Children options.

Select the parent member, Total Company, and then select the Read Only and Descendents options.

The access settings for Head Office and its children do not change and remain set to No Access. This is because of the precedence rule that a child relationship takes precedence over a descendents relationship.
