Load Data Options

In the Load Data Options page, you can set data load options and preview the information gathered before the data load is run.

This step builds an OpenLink load definition which is stored in the Total Company hierarchy, the Total Year period, and the first Year member that occurs in both the model structure and the source data.

Option	Description
Version	Version to load.
Year	Year to load.
Profit and Loss Account Amounts	Indicates whether the source profit and loss data is periodic (period movement) or year-to-date.
Balance Sheet Account Amounts	Indicates whether the source balance sheet data is periodic (period movement) or period-end balances.
Reverse Sign On	Select if signs should be reversed for debit, credit, or both.
OpenLink Load Definition	Shows the load definition name. This name is stored in the database for future use. You can change the name. The name must be a unique load definition name.
Loading from	Shows the source system name.
Chart of Accounts	Shows the chart of accounts.
OpenLink Model	Shows the model name to which the data is loaded.
Database Server	Shows the database server name on which the model is stored.
