Group properties
Shows the properties of the selected group.
- Group Name. The name of the group that is selected in the display. The name can contain up to 40 characters.
- Group Type. The group type that is selected in the display. This field cannot be modified; Architect determines the type based on the group's position in the hierarchy.
Members & Attributes tab
Shows all members that are assigned to the selected group and all the attributes available for the group.
- ID. The member ID. Member IDs can be changed when the member is new (not yet checked in). After the structure has been checked in, the member ID number cannot be changed.
- Name. The names of each member assigned to the selected group.
- Description. The description for each member assigned to the selected group.
- Attribute columns. There is a
column for each attribute assigned to the group. Use the attribute columns to assign an
attribute value to a member. Attributes that can have multiple values are indicated in the
column heading by an asterisk (*). The description for each member assigned to the
selected group.
If you have added the member here and have not yet defined parent members, click to the Members & Parents tab and assign the parent members.
Members & Parents tab
Shows all members that are assigned to the selected group.
- ID. The member ID. Member IDs can be changed when the member is new or not yet checked in. After the structure has been checked in, the Member ID cannot be changed.
- Name. The names of each member assigned to the selected group.
- Description. The description for each member assigned to the selected group.
- Parent column. The column or set of columns for each parent group of the selected group. These columns contain parent members for each member of the selected group.
If you have added the member here and there are required attribute values for the member, click the Members & Attributes tab and assign the attributes.
Members & Children tab
Shows all the members that are assigned to the selected group and all the children assigned to the selected member. If there are conflicts when moving members, a warning message is displayed indicating the conflicts and other information.
