Access log files

The Access Log Files page enables you to view the log files from the services used by CPM:

Log files collect information about activities and communications. This information is particularly valuable if any problems are experienced.

The Access Log Files page shows:

• The location of the log files
• The size of the log files
• The date they were last modified.
• The associated service.

You can sort the information by clicking the column header.

The log files must be located in ProgramData\Infor\CPM\LogFiles directory. If you changed the default file name or path, the file does not show up on this page.
