Navigation Administration

  • If you do not get a navigation menu, check the Event Viewer to see what the problem is. You should also verify the UnifiedNavigationConnectionName and the data source.
  • If you receive an error when opening the Navigation Administration page after migrating from 10.3.1, check the Navigation.log file. The Navigation.log file is in the ProgramData\Infor\CPM\LogFiles directory. If you see a message similar to this, reboot the server or change the InforWebApps .NET application pool identity to use local system.
