Specify Exchange Rate data through CPM workstation

You can use CPM Workstation to specify exchange rate data. This method of specifying data works regardless of your database type.

• CPM Workstation must be installed and configured.
• A CPM relational data source must be defined in Manage Data Sources.
• Create a view for specifying the data. Select the CPM Relational data source and then the rate cube. This provides the correct dimensional information for currency exchange rates. Enable the view for writeback.
• Specify your exchange rates into the grid on the data entry view and use the Save Changes command. If you have not previously saved the data, you are prompted to save or discard the data when you close the view.
