Synchronizing with Model Manager

If you are using Architect to make changes to a dimension that Model Manager is managing, you need to ensure that the credentials Architect is using to connect to the database are valid Windows credentials for the machine on which the Model Manager service is running.

If this is not done, members added to the dimension in Architect can end up with member IDs that conflict with other models that share the dimension. Any such conflicts must be resolved manually when Model Manager is used to synchronize the dimensions.
