Solutions
If the ComshareUserSettings.xml file does not exist, verify that you have write privileges to the directory and its sub-directories.
If the ComshareDefaultSettings.xml does not exist:
- Verify that you have write privileges to the All Users\Application Data directory and its sub-directories.
- Reinstall the product.
If both files exist:
- Delete the ComshareUserSettings.xml file.
- Start Architect again and save your preferences.
If your preferences are still not saving:
- Delete both files again.
- Reinstall the product.
If the problem persists, contact customer support.
