Value	Description
On	The Data Loader does not perform the check.
Off	The Data Loader checks to make sure the data belongs to a non-opening balance period. This is the default.

The P0_Allowed option controls whether data is loaded into opening balance periods. This option applies only to the FinLoc_Base and ICRepPer_Base tables.
