Map Dimensions/Members dialog box
The Map Dimensions/Members dialog box lets you map the dimension properties to the structure data. Flat dimensions are mapped once. Hierarchical dimensions are mapped twice, once for groups and once for members. Schedule dimensions require that schedules and lines be mapped separately.
The appearance of this dialog box varies according to the dimension type.

Properties for the member. Properties displayed in color with a Req. value
of Y must be mapped. Select a property and drag it to the column header in the Destination cell. The property name must display in the Destination cell above the Source cell. |

Attributes for the member. Attributes displayed in red with a Req. value of
Y must be mapped. All others are optional. Select an attribute and drag it to the column header in the Destination cell. The attribute name must display in the Destination cell above the Source cell. You can specify a Default Value for a member attribute instead of dragging the attribute name to the column header. |

Destination shows the properties and attributes from the destination database. Source shows the column name or number of the source data. | |

Prevents existing formulas in the model from being overwritten if the source file or table does not have a formula specified for the schedule line. This option is available for the Schedule dimension. |
Order in application based on source file order |
Updates the order of the dimensions, schedules, or schedule lines based on the order in the structure file. |
