Data entry

This figure shows a data entry view of the financial information associated with the Trade Currency dimension. This view is an example of a data entry view that a Budget Holder might use.

The data entry view shows financial data for Unit H, which generally accounts in Euro but must also report against other currenciesl. For simplicity, data is specified only in January, but can also be specified into other periods. The view enables the user specify the value in the appropriate trading currency for each expense line. These values are translated into the specified currency during consolidation.
