Troubleshooting

One of these conditions will be true.

• The ComshareUserSettings.xml file does not exist (located in \user profile\Local Settings\Application data\Comshare\MPC).
• Neither the ComshareUserSettings.xml nor the ComshareDefaultSettings.xml files exist. (ComshareDefaultSettings.xml is located in \All Users\Application data\Comshare\MPC\.)
• Both files exist.
