Establish and updating Schedule line order

The Schedule line order within each schedule can be set by the Preceding Member value, not the member ID or the order in which each line is listed in the structure data. If Preceding Member is not used when the members are created, the order defaults to the order in which the lines are listed.

Use an asterisk to indicate it is a first member, top group, or parent. In this example, Gross Sales is the first member. Gross Sales is the preceding member for Returns and Discounts so it is second in the list.
