Import order

Workforce Budgeting information is interrelated and information must be imported in the correct order. As an example, you must establish position definitions first before position assignments are imported.

When multiple import files are selected, they are imported in the correct order. If import files are being imported separately, they must be imported in this order:

• Allocation
• Global Settings
• Attribute Definition
• User Defined Attribute Value
• Spread Method
• Step and Grade
• Action Definition
• Employee Definition
• Position Definition
• Position Assignment
• Action Assignment
• Mappings
• Distribution
