Calculate the data

After making changes in the Workforce Budgeting administration pages, you must recalculate the module.

You must choose which version to calculate, unless only one version member is allowed in the Decision view or a single version has already been selected on the page.

• The off-grid version member is the selected member in the list. Other list members include allowed, writable Version members.
• Calculate calculates everything for the selected version through all budget periods.
  • The primary dimension scope is set as the highest member in the same hierarchy as the default off-grid member.

The Calculate button is not enabled until at least one position assignment exists.
