Starting Workforce Budgeting Administration

Access to the Workforce Budgeting Administration pages is controlled by the user's role and navigation security. Only users assigned the role of administrator can access the Workforce Budgeting Administration pages.

CPM can be configured to use the secured socket layer (SSL) protocol during the CPM Server installation. The CPM Server port is also specified during the installation. These installation selections affect the URL used to access Workforce Budgeting.

If you are not using SSL protocol, use this URL to access Workforce Budgeting:

http://ServerName:Port/CPM/Workforce/page name/?View=view name

If you are using SSL protocol, use this URL to access Workforce Budgeting:

https://ServerName:Port/CPM/Workforce/page name?View=view name

The Import page does not require a view.

Parameters:

  • The Filter parameter is available for the Workforce Budget report. This parameter turns on the Filters option.
  • The Calculate parameter is available for the Position Assignment page. This parameter calculates the data when Save is clicked.
