Action types

You can specify a default rate for some actions. The default rate is automatically used when the action is applied. If the budgeter is allowed to override the default value, they can change the value when the action is applied.

You can allow the budgeter to override the spread method on the Position Assignment page for these action types:

• Premium Percent
• Premium Amount
• Percent
• Flat Amount
• Quantity x Rate

You can distribute these action types:

• Base Salary. If Base Salary is set as distributable, these actions are also marked as distributable.
  • New Base Hours
  • New Base FTE
  • Base Rate - Percent Change
  • Base Rate - Amount Change
  • Step Up
  • Change Step and Grade
• Premium Percent
• Premium Amount
• Percent
• Flat Amount
• Quantity x Rate
