Unable to Fill Block Wizard for Request error when inserting block

If the client computer uses non-US English regional settings, you may see an Unable to Fill Block Wizard for Request error message when attempting to insert a block of data into the workbook. This may happen when the prerequisite Microsoft Office MUI Language pack is not installed on the client computer.
