Clearing data

  1. Open a workbook that includes inserted data and that will be shared.
  2. Select CPM Analysis > Clear Data. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.
  3. Save the workbook and distribute it to other users, with the instruction to refresh the workbook after signing in to view the data.
  4. Clear Data first replaces all displayed values in the workbook with zeroes and then clears the zeroes to show empty cells. The cleared data is subsequently refreshed only when a user logs in and then refreshes the workbook data. This prevents the accidental viewing of secured data in the event a user opens the workbook to work offline.
