Formula map does not collapse or expand properly

If you double-click the upper left portion of a node in the formula map, the map expands or collapses properly if the cursor is centered in the cell.

If the cursor is rests on a border of the cell, the cursor to changes to the Move symbol, the map does not expand or collapse. Instead, the active cell moves to the end of the data region, similar to using Ctrl + arrow key shortcut.
