Best practices

After you have generated a formula map from a source worksheet, do not change information the map requires for reference purposes. To enable the map to collapse and expand and show the data properly:

• Do not delete or rename the dataset used by the source worksheet.
• Do not delete or rename the source worksheet.
• Do not change the data source used by the dataset to show member names or descriptions.
• In the event any of the above actions occur, generate a new formula map.
