Best practices

Do not delete rows or columns in a worksheet with inserted blocks of data. Deleting rows or columns may cause problems with formula references, such as in downfoot lines. We recommend hiding rows or columns instead. If you accidentally delete a row or column, you can edit a formula to fix the references.
