Infor Concierge is a central gateway for all things Infor. Concierge provides a unified user experience by consolidating all support-related services under one umbrella. You can find personalized information relevant to your Infor products, services, and solutions.

This central gateway includes:

Single sign-on to Infor U Campus, the Education portal.
Release information for multi-tenant customers.
Product roadmap information.
Quick views and voting on product enhancements in the Enhancement Request System (ERS).
Access to Infor Services project details.
Self-help guides to facilitate system navigation.
Access to the Infor Customer Portal where you can view your cases and access Knowledge Base Articles.

Note: Some of the Concierge sections are permissions-based. You may need to request access from your contact administrator.
