Viewing the Multi-Tenant Release Deployment Calendar

This section in Concierge is only visible to multi-tenant customers within their environments.

The MT Cloud Maintenance Calendar page allows you to view your products' next Cloud maintenance dates. Maintenance dates are ordered from the closest to farthest. Maintenance updates are completed in the regional production server farm and are made available to all tenants of the applicable environment, including each customer's production and non-production (such as DEV, TST, TRN) tenants of the production server farm.

During release maintenance, a service remains available for use unless it is labeled as Service impacting (SI).

  1. Sign in to Concierge.
  2. Expand Release Center.
  3. Select Cloud Maintenance Calendar.
  4. Select one of these tabs:
    Tab Description
    Production Displays upcoming product-specific windows in a card view format. This layout offers easy access to details about the nearest upcoming windows and their start times. Click a product title link on the tile to be directed to a Knowledge Base Article containing details on the maintenance being performed on your product. Optionally, you can filter by product or by month.
    Pre-Production Displays upcoming product-specific windows in a card view format. The Pre-Production Maintenance Calendar lists the products that may have a release scheduled to be included in the monthly preview period along with an indication of release scheduling in each monthly column. This tab is only visible to those entitled to pre-production environments for pre-production certified products.
    Details Displays products that have a release scheduled in the monthly maintenance window for a specific region with dates for the release and release information availability in the header of each monthly column. To view the annual calendar and scheduled maintenance windows for the deployment of release updates, select the region in which your organization is a tenant on the Details tab. If you do not know the region to which your organization is subscribed, contact your system administrator.
