Request statuses

All enhancement requests start with the status of New. As the Infor Product Management team reviews the enhancement request, one of these statuses is applied.

Watching for Endorsements: The Infor Product Management team has read the endorsement.
Awaiting Custom Input: The enhancement request was sent back to the customer for more information.
Future Consideration: This aligns with our long-term strategy. It is added to our backlog for consideration.
Duplicate: Another enhancement request with the same or similar intent already exists.
In Development: The enhancement request is currently being developed. It should take one to two release cycles.
Researching: The enhancement request is being researched by the Infor Product Management team for feasibility.
Roadmap Item: The enhancement request is marked for the roadmap in two to four release cycles.
Will not be Implemented: The request does not align with Infor's long-term strategy and will not be implemented.
