Creating an enhancement request

  1. Sign in to Concierge.
  2. Select Enhancements > Create Enhancement.
  3. Specify a title for the enhancement request.
  4. Select the product line. The product line is selected by default when available.
  5. Select the product.
  6. Select the release.
  7. Select the request type.
  8. Specify a detailed description. Provide a proposed solution detailing how you would solve the functionality.
  9. Click Create.
  10. Click OK.
