Setting up a workflow schedule

  1. Navigate to the Symphonies Overview page.
  2. The Execute dialog box opens. There are two options for execution mode: Execute now and Schedule for later.
  3. Click Schedule for later.
  4. Select Basic or Advanced.
    • Basic: Gives you the flexibility to schedule the workflow repeatedly as per your requirements with a time interval and a recurrence limit.
    • Advanced: Gives you the flexibility to set the time and frequency for the execution. Specify the recurrence pattern for the schedule using the corn expression and time zone fields available. The corn expression can be configured as shown in these examples:
      • 0 0 * * * runs every day at midnight
      • */15 * * * * runs every 15 minutes
  5. Click Schedule to save your configuration and trigger the workflow.

    At runtime, the workflow triggers the AI Optimization task and waits until it is completed.

    If the task is completed successfully, the workflow continues to the next step. If there was a problem in the task execution, the execution fails.

    The last update of the objects in Infor AI indicates the triggering from Enterprise Orchestrator.

    The endpoint history logs show an event of updating an Infor AI endpoint from a workflow in the same manner.
