First deployment of an editable package

When an editable global package is deployed to a target tenant for the first time, Infor AI creates two instances for each resource in the package:

A live instance. The live instance is the customer-owned copy that supports configuration and runtime use.
A reference template instance. The reference template instance is a read-only, system-owned copy that represents the Infor-delivered baseline.

Both instances contain the same content that the package delivers. After deployment, changes in the live instance do not affect the reference template instance.
