Enabling GenAI features through CloudSuite Self-Service Portal

To enable the GenAI capabilities for Infor Artificial Intelligence, the GenAI feature must be toggled on in CSSP.

You must have the Admin role in CSSP. By default, your company's administrators listed in Infor Concierge will have this role in CSSP.

Enabling all GenAI features for all tenants

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  4. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  5. Click Save.

Enabling all GenAI features for a specific tenant

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  5. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  6. Click Save.

Enabling selected features

  1. In CSSP, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Under GenAI Embedded Experience, locate the rows for the GENAI and Infor Artificial Intelligence applications. Enable the features by selecting the check box.
    Note: Enabling GENAI activates the LLM Passthrough APIs and Prompt Catalog functionality. These are required for the GenAI Embedded Experience to operate correctly.
  5. Click Save.

The GenAI Embedded Experience feature enables this features for GenAI:

  • Prompt Catalog
  • LLM Passthrough APIs

The GenAI Embedded Experience Infor Artificial Intelligence suite feature enables these feature for GenAI:

  • GenAI for models output explainability .
