Optimization production quest

Quests are taken into production to deploy the model. The behavior of the model is different in two different production quests:

Realtime production quest is static and cannot be edited. Post processing steps are not allowed.
Batch production quest can be created only for those models that uses datasets from Data Lake. Also, it does not allow editing of all activities. Only two activities can be edited, Post Processing scripting and Ingest to Data Lake.
