Coleman DA utilizes secure development methodologies and DevOps monitoring for Infor product API's to ensure the security of user data and information.

However, there may be vulnerabilities when you utilize third-party services. We recommend that you review external applications to fulfill data compliance requirements.

To avoid risks:

Ensure that the Data-Admin security role is only assigned to users who need to access the data.
AWS Lex provides the conversation dialog flow for Coleman Digital Assistant. Be aware that any vulnerability to the AWS Lex platform could result in unauthorized activity or logging of user conversations.
To mitigate the risk of unauthorized access, you must review non-Infor external APIs before applying them to the skill fulfillment. Infor is not responsible for third party APIs.
