Customizing default help messages

Currently, the default help text provided by Coleman is: Hi there. I'm Coleman, your digital assistant. I can assist you with day-to-day tasks using your Infor Cloudsuite.

If you have administrator permissions, you can modify this text for Infor Portal and Alexa.

Note: The Alexa help message text box is only displayed if Alexa is enabled for that tenant.
  1. Log in to Coleman DA with an administrator role.
  2. Select Coleman Skills > Menu > Settings > Help Messages.
  3. Specify your message in the text box.
    Each text box supports up to 1,000 characters. If you exceed this limit, Coleman will fail to save and an error message is displayed.
  4. Click Save.
