Switching Coleman Digital Assistant tenants in Microsoft Teams

If you switch Coleman tenants in Microsoft Teams, you must close the Teams desktop application before you proceed. Coleman will provide this message: I am signing you out. Please wait a moment. After you are successfully signed out, Coleman will prompt:You have been signed out. If you are switching Infor accounts, please completely restart Microsoft Teams before proceeding. This process is required for both Windows and Mac users.

To close the Teams Application, right-click Teams Application and click Quit.

When you restart the Teams application, you will be logged into the new tenant.
