Data Management
You must have the Coleman-DataAdministrator
security role to perform data management.
The data administrator can perform these actions on the Coleman DA message
details page:
- Select all or a specific post by GUID.
- Download data
- Soft delete data: Remove data from the user interface.
- Hard delete data: Remove data from the database.
Select to access this information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| User Name | The first and last name of the user |
| Email Address | The email address of the user |
| Collaboration Posts | The total count of posts to Coleman DA that are stored in the database for each user. You can link to the Coleman DA message details page. |
| Status | The status of the user: Active or Inactive |
