Configuration Manager screen fields and their function
This section describes fields that are located in the Configuration Manager screen
in the SSO UI for Ephesoft Transact.
This table shows the fields and their function; the definitions are listed in the order they are displayed on the Ephesoft Transact SSO Configuration Manager screen from left to right.

| SP Entity ID | Sets the SP Entity ID within the application context. Sets the SP Entity ID in the <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\applicationContext-security.xml file after you click ; only for single-tenant or ADFS. Note: If SSO is configured for the first time, a UUID is generated
automatically and defaulted in the SP Entity
ID field.

| Restart Transact | Restarts Ephesoft Transact. |
| Generate Metadata | Generates the Ephesoft Transact metadata file with the entity ID provided; only for single-tenant or ADFS. |
| Download | Downloads the Ephesoft Transact metadata file. |
| Signature Algorithm | Sets the signature algorithm to SHA-1 or SHA-256 within <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\applicationContext-security.xml. |
| Digest Algorithm | Sets the digest algorithm to SHA-1 or SHA-256 within <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\applicationContext-security.xml. |
| Authentication Type | Sets the Ephesoft Transact authentication type in <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\web.xml. |
| User Name | Sets the user name claim in <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\applicationContext-security.xml. |
| Display Name | Sets the display name claim in <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB- INF\classes\META-INF\applicationContext-security.xml. |
| Group Name | Sets the group claim in <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB- INF\classes\META-INF\applicationContext-security.xml. |
| Is Super Admin | Sets the Is Super Admin value in <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB- INF\classes\META-INF\applicationContext-security.xml. |
| Super Admin Roles | Sets the default super administrator roles in <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\application.properties. |
| Default Group | Sets the default group to be used for SSO in <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\application.properties. |
| Multi-Group Support | Sets this value to true or false depending on whether you must support multiple groups. |
| Admin Groups | Lists the groups that have access to all pages except system configuration. Permissions are set in this location: <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\web.xml |
| Operator Groups | Lists the groups with access to all operator pages. Permissions are set in this location: <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\web.xml |
| Group Name Delimiter | Delimiter to be used for separating incoming group names. This property is configured in this location: <EPHESOFT_INSTALLATION_DIR>\Application\WEB-INF\web.xml |
| Import IDP Metadata | Determines whether the IDP metadata is imported and how to import it. Note: By default, File is selected.

| IDP Metadata File | Allows the users to choose a file from their computer. |
| Upload File | Uploads the metadata file. |
| Configure | Uses the field values on this screen and updates the various configuration files accordingly. |
