Prerequisites

To perform the tasks described in this guide, the Infor-SystemAdministrator and MingleAdministrator security roles are required.

If customers have purchased Infor Document Capture hosted by Ephesoft, users receive two emails from orderfulfillment@infor.com. These emails contain the information that is required to start the Infor SSO configuration process:

The first email contains your credentials for Document Capture.
The second email contains the corresponding passwords.

The Knowledge Base article (KB) 2098094 contains information that is required to verify the integration between Infor Document Capture and Infor Document Management. Ensure you have access to the KB.

Note: These instructions are applicable for use with Ephesoft Transact 2020.1.05 SaaS hosted by Ephesoft as a single-tenant application. This means that one Ephesoft server serves only one Infor tenant.
