Prerequisites

To perform the tasks described in this guide, the Infor-SystemAdministrator and MingleAdministrator security roles are required.

If customers have purchased Infor Document Capture hosted by Ephesoft, users receive an email from subscription@infor.com. This email contains the information that is required to start the Infor SSO configuration process.

The Knowledge Base article (KB) 2098094 contains information that is required to verify the integration between Infor Document Capture and Infor Document Management. Ensure you have access to the KB.

Note: These instructions are applicable for use with Ephesoft Transact 2019.1 SaaS hosted by Ephesoft as a single-tenant application. This means that one Ephesoft server serves only one Infor tenant.
