Configuring IDM_EXPORT_PLUGIN

  1. Open the Infor Portal Application menu.
  2. Click the Document Capture icon.
  3. Select Administrator.
  4. Select Batch Class Management.
  5. Double-click the row of the Test batch class that was created earlier.
  6. Double-click Modules.
  7. Double-click Export.
  8. Select IDM_EXPORT_PLUGIN.
  9. In the Mapping File Path, paste the mapping file path you copied when you imported the Capture batch class.

  10. In the ION API field, upload the ION API file that was downloaded when you created the ION API file.

  11. In the Export Folder Path, place the cursor over BC6.
  12. Replace BC6 with the BC number that is assigned to your batch class when you dragged and dropped the .zip file.
    The assigned batch class is displayed as BC<number> in the top node in the left-hand side navigation tree.
  13. Verify that your Export Folder Path is in this format:
    C:\Ephesoft\SharedFolders\BC<insert#>\export
  14. Click Apply.
