Confirming integration in IDM

  1. Open the Infor Portal Application menu.
  2. Click the Document Management icon.
  3. Search for the TestInvoice type on the landing page.
  4. Sort the search results by the Created Date.
  5. The documents that you uploaded through Document Capture should be displayed:
    • 00201601.pdf
  6. If these documents are not displayed, or an error is displayed when you use Capture, then submit an Infor Support portal ticket to receive support.
