Enabling the ICBI widget
Before you set up your ICBI widget, verify that SAML SSO is configured. For more information about configuring SAML SSO, see Embedding Birst in Infor OS Portal Workspaces or Embedding Birst in Infor Ming.le Pages.
Note: You must use the Birst Provider ID and Birst Space
ID to configure the widget.
- For Infor OS Portal, on the Security Application tab, select Manage > Users. For Infor Ming.le, open the User menu and select Admin Settings.
- Click on the Manage Context / Utility Apps link from the top menu.
- Click + Add Context/Utility App.

Specify this information:
- Name
- Specify the application name.
- Type
- Select Context App
- Description
- Provide a description.
- URL
- Provide the URL. The Birst Provider ID and space ID are required to configure the URL. The birst.module must be set to visualizer; embeddedView and isCBI must be true.
Note: Filters are not supported in the SSO parameter. To apply filters, see Create the Visualizer report section.- The URL

- Select the Applications link from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Add/Remove Applications.
- Select the application for this widget from the Available list.
- Click Done.
- Click Save.
- Click the Manage Applications link.
- Select the application for the ICBI widget.
- Select the Context/Utility Apps link.
- Click Add/Remove Context/Utility Applications and select Context Apps.
- Move the ICBI widget from the Available column to the Selected column.
- Click Done.
- The order of the widgets determine their display order on the screen. You can enable or disable an application using the Status slider.
- Click Save.
