Creating a schedule to run the exception report
After the exception report and the content report are created, you can schedule to the trigger report.
- Select Admin > Space Management > [Select a Space] > Notifications.

Click + Create New
Notification.
- Name
- Specify a name for the notification.
- From
- Specify an email address for the notification
- To
- Select Report Driven.
- Search Reports
- Click the Folder icon to select a report.
The Report Catalog is displayed.
- Select your content report from the list.

Complete the remaining fields. For example, you can set up a recurring
notification schedule.
You can use a report parameter in the email subject in order to use the prompt value from the report to customize the subject. For example: Customer Listing for $P{Employee Full Name}
- Select the Attachment Format for the notification.
- In the Trigger Report field, select the trigger report. Click the Folder icon to display the Report Catalog, then select the trigger report.

Click Save.
When the trigger report is run and produces results, the report you specified as the content report is distributed. The content report is distributed based on the exceptions that are produced by the scheduled trigger report.
