Data lineage

Data Lineage is used for data model transparency in Birst enterprise spaces. Admins and analysts can use data lineage to investigate the upstream or downstream model of a data object.

You can view data lineage for the sources in a space for Advanced Data Modeling spaces to visualize their star schema. When you view the lineage for a source, you can see a graphical view of how the data flows across the sources in a space. You can view lineage for a source from the Sources view or from the Data Flow view.
