Could not find the server or could not connect to the server
Cause: The requested server name could not be found or accessed.
Solution: Check the spelling of the server name and try again.
Please check your internet connection or try again later
Cause: The phone is not connected to the network or a previous connection was lost.
Soultion: Check that your device is connected and it is not in airplane mode.
Cause: The Birst server lost its connection to the network.
Solution: Wait a few minutes and try again.
To enable access to Birst Mobile, please contact your Birst account Administrator
Cause: You do not have permission to access this app.
Solution: Request access to the Birst app from your Birst Administrator.
Unable to establish a secure connection to the server
Cause: A problem with the SSL certificate.
Solution: Install an SSL certificate on the device. Contact your Birst Administrator for assistance.
Cause: Not using HTTPS.
Solution: If you specified a server URL, make sure it uses HTTPS and not HTTP.
Your account does not yet have access to dashboards
Cause: Your user account does not have access permissions.
Solution: Contact your Birst Administrator and request access to the space and dashboards.
Cause: Your user account does not have a default space setting. If a user account is not assigned a specific default space, Birst uses the first space listed, which may not be the expected space.
Solution: Contact your Birst Administrator and request a specific default space setting for your user account.
Cause: The default space does not support this dashboard.
Solution: Contact your Birst Administrator.
