What is the setting for Request Timeout?

The Request Timeout option controls how many minutes the app waits for information to return from the Birst server. For faster notification in case of timeouts, keep this number low.

In some cases, such as when a network is slow or when the dashboard is very complex with a large amount of data, you can increase this number to allow more time for the data to get to the device.
